The Wh figure shown in ChromeOS Diagnostics pulls from EEPROM data written by the battery's own management chip, not from a live capacity measurement. A new AP19A5K cell carries EEPROM values rated to the cell's nominal chemistry, which can display as a slightly different Wh number than the original OEM pack. This is not a fault — the cell is delivering the correct 39.27Wh. Confirm actual charge level by checking the status bar percentage rather than the Diagnostics Wh readout.
