Returns for a refund

To request a refund, contact us before sending the item. Returns must be received within 30 days of delivery, shipped prepaid, and returned in complete, resalable condition with original packaging, warranty cards, manuals, accessories, and the packing slip.

• A 15% restocking fee is deducted from eligible refunds.
• Damaged original packaging may incur a $9.50 repacking fee.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable; return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
• Use a trackable, insured shipping method for your protection.

Returned items are inspected on receipt. Eligible refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7 business days after inspection.

Defective items and warranty

Defective items may be reported within the first 30 days. After 30 days, a claim may be eligible for store credit, exchange, or repair at our discretion. After 60 days, items are covered by the standard 12-month warranty. The warranty does not cover misuse, modification, improper charging, improper storage, or tampered labels and seals.

Damaged, lost, or delayed shipments

Keep all packaging and contact us promptly if an order arrives damaged. For a package lost in transit, we follow the carrier trace process and will provide an update after the carrier's review.

Order cancellations and final sale items

Orders can be cancelled only while they remain unprocessed. Processed orders must follow this return process. Clearance or final sale items may be returned only when defective and with prior approval.
