This is a 3.8V, 2800mAh Li-Polymer replacement battery for the Alcatel One Touch Pixi 7 and OT-9006W tablet. It fits where the original TLp028AD, TLp028AC, or TLp034B sits inside the device. Install it when the original cell no longer holds a charge or the tablet fails to power on.

Why the Pixi 7 reports wrong battery percentage after a cell swap
The Pixi 7 uses a coulomb-counting fuel gauge IC that builds its charge model from the original cell's discharge curve. Swap the cell and the IC is still running the old model — the numbers it shows no longer match what the new cell is actually doing. This shows up as the percentage jumping around, sticking at a fixed value, or dropping sharply near the end of discharge. One complete reference cycle — full discharge to shutdown, then full charge — overwrites the cached curve and brings the readout back into line.
Sudden shutdown at 20–30% on the replacement cell
This happens when the tablet's screen or modem pulls a current spike the new cell cannot sustain at that state of charge — the cell voltage drops below the BMS cutoff threshold and the device shuts off instantly, even though the percentage indicator said charge remained. It is a voltage-cliff issue, not a capacity defect. The fuel gauge IC's uncalibrated model is reporting a higher state of charge than the cell can deliver under load. Complete one full reference cycle as described above, and the shutdowns will stop once the gauge tracks the actual discharge curve.
