QA5 IP showing an error code or refusing to power on after a battery swap
After a battery swap, some QA5 IP units flag an error or stay dark on first power-on. The ballast firmware runs a battery handshake check at startup and can reject a pack if the initial voltage reading falls outside its acceptance window — particularly if the replacement battery shipped in a partial state of charge.
