This is a 3.8V, 3900mAh (14.82Wh) Li-Polymer battery for the Asus FE375CG, FE375CXG, Fonepad 7 K019, and ME375C tablets. It replaces OEM part number C11P1402. If your tablet no longer holds a charge or shuts down unexpectedly, this is the direct swap.
- FE375 platform fit: The FE375CG and FE375CXG share the same 3.8V battery rail, connector pinout, and BMS handshake protocol. The ME375C and Fonepad 7 K019 use the same cell footprint. One part number covers all four.

Why the FE375CG shuts down at 15–25% remaining
The FE375CG runs a display and simultaneous WiFi load that pulls a combined current spike the aging cell can't sustain at lower state-of-charge. Voltage drops below the BMS cutoff threshold before the fuel gauge reads zero — so the tablet cuts power while the percentage still shows double digits. A new cell with full capacity handles that combined draw without the voltage cliff. After fitting this battery, run the recalibration cycle above so the fuel gauge maps the new cell's actual discharge curve.
Fast charging not available after fitting a new battery
Some FE375CG units revert to standard 5V charging after a battery swap and won't re-enter the faster charge mode on the first plug-in. This happens because the charge IC resets its negotiation state when the battery connection is broken. Plug in the original charger and let the tablet complete one full charge cycle without interruption. After that cycle completes and the indicator hits 100%, the charge IC re-establishes the correct negotiation and faster input resumes on subsequent charges.
