Asus Fonepad 7 Replacement Battery - Replaces C11P1310

$26.88In stock

Why this battery

  • Fits Asus Fonepad 7, Padfone 7, Me372CG tablets — replaces OEM part C11P1310.
  • 3.8V Li-Polymer cell at 3900mAh capacity delivers the original runtime and charge cycles for this 7-inch Android tablet.
  • Connector plugs directly into the internal battery slot with no mechanical locking tab — seat it fully until contact pressure holds it in place.
  • We bench-tested this cell in the Fonepad 7 charging circuit; the BMS accepted the charge profile on first insertion with no fault codes or thermal deviation.
  • After installation, run one full discharge to automatic shutoff then charge uninterrupted to 100% — this resets the fuel gauge calibration against the new cell.

About this replacement

Asus Fonepad 7 / Me372CG — 3.8V Li-Polymer Replacement Battery (C11P1310)

This is a 3.8V, 3900mAh Li-Polymer cell built to replace the original C11P1310 battery in the Asus Fonepad 7 and Me372CG tablet. It fits the same cavity, uses the same connector, and communicates with the same charge IC. Capacity figures come directly from product data — 14.82Wh total.

  • Fonepad 7 / Padfone 7 / Me372CG compatibility: These models share the same PCB layout, connector pinout, and BMS handshake protocol, which is why one cell covers all three. Swapping between them requires no modification.
  • Bench tested on actual hardware: We cycled this cell through the Me372CG charge IC and monitored BMS communication. The protection circuit responded correctly to overvoltage and thermal limits, and the fuel gauge IC accepted the cell without throwing a charge fault.
  • Fuel gauge recalibration after installation: After fitting this battery, run the tablet down to automatic shutoff, then charge it uninterrupted to 100% without disconnecting. This resets the fuel gauge IC calibration against the new cell and clears the inaccurate percentage readings that appear immediately after a swap.

Why the Fonepad 7 shuts down at 15–25% remaining

The Me372CG runs its display backlight and Wi-Fi radio simultaneously at medium-to-high brightness, creating a combined load spike that pulls cell voltage down sharply. The BMS reads that voltage dip as a near-empty cell and triggers a protective cutoff — even when the fuel gauge still shows charge remaining. This is a voltage-sag event, not a capacity failure. A recalibration cycle teaches the fuel gauge to account for this load profile and pushes the real cutoff point below 10%.

Tablet percentage dropping faster than expected from 100%

After a battery swap, the fuel gauge IC still holds calibration data from the old, degraded cell. It maps the new cell's voltage curve incorrectly, making 3900mAh look like it depletes faster than it should. The fix is one complete cycle — discharge to automatic shutoff, then a full uninterrupted charge to 100%. After that single cycle, the IC re-maps the voltage curve to the new cell and the percentage drop returns to normal.
