A fresh replacement cell has not yet settled its internal chemistry, so its resting voltage after a first charge can read slightly below the alarm threshold. The alarm clears after one complete charge-discharge cycle, which lets the BMS recalibrate to the new cell. Charge the battery to full, run the device through a normal use session until it signals low, then charge again — the alarm should not repeat after that second full charge.
