This 3.7V 900mAh Li-Polymer battery fits the parent unit of the Babymoov Premium Care A014203 baby monitor and related models including the Camara YOO-See, Video YOO-See, and A014414. It slots into the portable handset that receives audio and video from the nursery camera unit. When the original cell degrades, the parent unit either dies quickly or fails to hold a charge through the night.

Parent unit not connecting to camera unit after battery swap
A full power loss — which happens when the old battery dies completely — clears the wireless channel memory on the parent unit. The camera unit retains its last pairing but stops broadcasting to an unrecognised handset. This is not a fault with the new battery. To restore the link, press and hold the sync button on the camera unit first, then trigger the pairing function on the parent unit — the indicator light will confirm connection at 3.7–4.2V operating range.

Night vision loss after a battery swap is almost always a voltage issue, not a camera fault. The parent unit's IR LED display circuit requires the battery to be at or near full charge to sustain the video feed in low-light mode. If the cell ships partially discharged, the handset may display a blank or flickering screen in night mode within minutes of use. Charge the parent unit to 4.18V before testing night vision — if the image returns, the battery is fine.
