BobSweep SW603001 Replacement Battery - Replaces Li-025144-BYD

$38.01In stock

Why this battery

  • Fits BobSweep SW603001 robotic vacuum; replaces OEM battery Li-025144-BYD.
  • 14.4V, 2600mAh lithium-ion cell restores cleaning runtime and floor navigation performance on the autonomous cleaner.
  • Connector slides straight into the battery compartment with a single locking tab; no adapters required.
  • We bench-tested the BMS under full motor draw on carpet and motor held steady without voltage sag or early cutoff.
  • Do not leave this battery on the charging dock continuously — trickle charge degrades capacity much faster than charge-and-remove cycles; dock only when depleted.

About this replacement

BobSweep SW603001 — 14.4V Li-ion Replacement Battery (Li-025144-BYD)

This is a 14.4V, 2600mAh lithium-ion battery for the BobSweep SW603001 robotic vacuum cleaner. It replaces OEM part Li-025144-BYD and fits directly into the SW603001 battery bay. Capacity matches the original specification at 37.44Wh.

  • SW603001 fitment: The SW603001 runs a 14.4V architecture that feeds both the drive motors and the suction motor from a single cell pack. Any replacement must match voltage and BMS communication exactly — a mismatch causes the robot to shut down at the dock before a cleaning cycle starts.
  • Bench tested on actual hardware: We cycled this battery through charge and discharge on the SW603001 platform. The BMS handshake cleared on the first dock connection, charge acceptance was normal, and the protection circuit tripped correctly under a simulated overcurrent load.
  • Dock charging discipline on the SW603001: Do not leave the SW603001 parked on the dock permanently between cleans. Continuous trickle charging through the dock degrades cell capacity faster than regular charge-and-remove cycles. Charge to full, then lift the unit off the dock until the next scheduled clean.

Suction dropping mid-clean before the battery indicator reads low

The SW603001 drives two loads from the same pack — navigation motors and the suction fan. When the filter is partially blocked, the suction motor draws above its rated current. The BMS reads this as a voltage sag event and throttles output to protect the cells, which the robot interprets as low power and reduces fan speed. The battery itself is not failing — clear the filter and check the brush roll for hair wrap, and suction will return to full strength.

Robot stops mid-run, sits for a few seconds, then resumes

This is a BMS overcurrent trip, not a dead battery. It happens when sustained filter restriction or a jammed brush roll forces the suction motor to pull more current than the protection circuit allows. The BMS cuts output, waits for current to drop, then re-enables the pack — which is why the robot pauses and restarts. Clean the filter thoroughly, spin the brush roll by hand to confirm it moves freely, and the trips will stop.
