Braun Infusomat Secura / Dropmat Secura — 9.6V Ni-MH Replacement Battery (110011)
This is a 9.6V 7000mAh Ni-MH replacement battery for the Braun Infusomat Secura and Dropmat Secura infusion pumps. It replaces OEM part numbers 110011 and 88888063. The battery restores power to the pump during portable or backup-power operation when the original cell has degraded.
- Infusomat Secura and Dropmat Secura compatibility: Both models run the same 9.6V Ni-MH battery rail with an identical connector and BMS handshake protocol. One cell fits both platforms without modification.
- Bench tested on actual hardware: We cycled this cell through full charge and load discharge on the Infusomat Secura platform. The BMS accepted the cell, completed its verification pass, and reported charge status correctly through the device display.

The Infusomat Secura runs a BMS verification routine at startup — cutting power mid-sequence flags a battery fault that persists until the next complete reboot cycle.
Why the Infusomat Secura reports a battery fault on the first charge cycle
The Infusomat Secura BMS uses a charge-acceptance threshold calibrated to an aged OEM cell. A new 7000mAh Ni-MH cell has a higher internal charge acceptance rate, which the BMS can misread as an anomaly on the first cycle. This is not a cell fault. Run one complete charge-to-full, then a full discharge under normal pump operation, and the BMS recalibrates its reference baseline. After that first cycle, the battery status display reads correctly.
Charge indicator stalls below 100% on first fill
On a new cell, the Infusomat Secura charge controller applies a conservative current limit during the first charge pass. This causes the on-screen indicator to plateau between 85–95% rather than reaching full. The cell is still taking charge — the controller is rate-limiting, not stopping. Let the charge cycle complete fully without removing the device from the charger. After the first full cycle, the indicator will reach 100% and track accurately on subsequent charges.
