It replaces the original cell when the vacuum no longer holds adequate charge for a full clean cycle. Physical dimensions are 66.60 x 19.20 x 18.30mm — measure your original before fitting.

- Dock charging habit on this vacuum: Do not leave the Conga Crystal Clear 770 sitting on the dock between every use. Continuous trickle charge through the BMS degrades cell capacity faster than normal cycle use. Charge to full, then remove the vacuum from the dock until the next clean.
Cordless vacuum losing suction before the battery indicator reaches low
This happens when a partially blocked filter forces the motor to draw more current than its rated load. The BMS detects the current spike and reduces power delivery to protect the cell — suction drops even though the indicator still shows charge remaining. It is not a faulty battery. Remove the filter, clean it thoroughly, and retest. If suction recovers immediately after cleaning, the filter was the cause, not the cell.
Motor cuts out mid-use then recovers after a short pause
This is a BMS overcurrent trip, not a dead battery. Sustained restricted airflow — usually a blocked filter or a jammed brush roll — causes the motor to pull above the BMS current threshold. The circuit opens to protect the cell, the vacuum stops, and it resets once the BMS cools and current drops. Clear the blockage first. If cut-outs continue on an unobstructed vacuum, check that the battery voltage under load does not drop below 3.0V — that indicates a degraded cell that needs replacing.
