This happens when the encoder's fuel gauge has lost its calibration reference — common after a deep discharge or after swapping cells. Charge the new battery to 100% uninterrupted using the LiveShell X's own charging circuit, then run it down through a complete encode session without interruption. One full cycle resets the reference point and restores accurate gauge readings.
