Emergency supply not powering vehicle systems during an outage after installation
If the unit powers on but fails to deliver output during an actual power loss event, the battery has likely not yet been accepted by the management system as ready. This happens when the pack was installed but never fully charged before the outage occurred. The BMS holds the output relay open until it has confirmed a minimum charge threshold — typically 7.2V or higher across the pack.
