Cisco Linksys WIP300 / WIP320 — 3.7V Li-ion Replacement Battery (CIW32ZBR)
This is a 3.7V 1000mAh Li-ion replacement battery for the Cisco Linksys WIP300 and WIP320 wireless IP phone handsets. It matches the OEM part CIW32ZBR and fits directly into the battery compartment of both models. Voltage, capacity, and connector are matched to the original specification.

Why the WIP300 base station shows no charge indicator on a new battery
A Li-ion cell shipped from storage often sits at 3.4V or lower. The WIP300 base charger checks cell voltage before starting the charge circuit — if the voltage reads below its acceptance threshold, the charge indicator stays dark. This is not a fault with the battery or the base. Place the handset in the cradle and leave it for 15–20 minutes; the charger's pre-charge stage will bring the cell up to the 3.6V threshold, after which the normal charge indicator will activate.
Talk time noticeably shorter than the original battery after replacement
A new Li-ion cell does not always deliver full rated capacity on the first cycle. The internal chemistry needs two to three full charge-discharge cycles before the cell reaches its rated 1000mAh output. If talk time still feels short after three full cycles, check that the handset is fully seated in the base between calls — a poor cradle contact causes incomplete charges that compound over time. After conditioning, a fully charged cell should hold voltage above 3.6V at rest.
