This is a 9.6V, 11,400mAh Ni-MH replacement battery for Climet portable particulate counters used in cleanroom and environmental monitoring. It fits the CI-150t, CI-152x, CI-153, CI-154, and six additional models sharing the same OEM part number 800424. Voltage and cell count match the original pack exactly.

Why the CI-150t shows calibration drift after a battery replacement
A full power cycle clears the volatile memory that holds the instrument's last calibration reference values on some CI-series units. When the counter restarts without that reference, the laser particle sensor may report counts that sit outside your facility's baseline. This is not a battery fault — it is a known consequence of removing power from the calibration memory. Run a zero-count check with a HEPA-filtered inlet and recalibrate against your traceable standard before putting the unit back into service.
Counter powers on but won't log data after battery swap
After a cold power cycle, the CI-150t's data logging function can appear inactive — the display runs normally but no records are written to the log. The most common cause is the internal clock resetting to an invalid date, which causes the logger to reject new entries as out-of-sequence. Check the system clock immediately after first power-up on a fresh battery. Set the correct date and time, then confirm the log is incrementing before leaving the unit unattended in the field.
