COMEN C11 Replacement Battery - Replaces 022-000113-00

$28.74In stock

Why this battery

  • Fits COMEN C11, CM300, M200, M200a patient monitors; replaces OEM part 022-000113-00 and CMLI1X2N001A.
  • 11.1V 2600mAh lithium-ion pack delivers 28.86Wh — sufficient for full shift operation on portable vital signs monitors.
  • Connector mates flat to the battery slot with positive and negative contacts aligned; locking tab seats flush against the housing.
  • We bench-tested this cell at 11.1V under clinical load profile; BMS accepted handshake without fault codes on first insertion.
  • Allow the device to complete its power-on self-test cycle without interruption after installation — medical monitors run BMS verification at startup, and interrupting this sequence causes a false battery fault that persists until full reboot.

About this replacement

COMEN C11 / CM300 / M200 Series — 11.1V Li-ion Replacement Battery (022-000113-00)

This 11.1V 2600mAh Li-ion battery fits the COMEN C11, CM300, M200, and M200a patient monitors. These are portable vital signs monitors used in hospitals, clinics, and ambulance transport. It replaces OEM part numbers 022-000113-00 and CMLI1X2N001A.

  • C11 / CM300 / M200 platform fit: These monitors share the same battery bay dimensions, 11.1V nominal voltage rail, and BMS communication protocol. One cell pack covers the full platform without modification.
  • Bench tested on actual hardware: We ran this cell through the C11 boot sequence and full power-on self-test. The BMS handshake completed without fault, and the charge IC accepted a full charge cycle to 12.6V with no error flags.
  • Post-swap self-test handling: After installing this battery, let the monitor complete its full power-on self-test without interruption. Cutting power during BMS verification triggers a false battery fault that persists until the next clean reboot — this is a device behaviour, not a cell defect.

Why the C11 alarms low battery immediately after a confirmed full charge

The C11's BMS stores a learned capacity model from the previous cell. When a new cell is installed, the firmware compares measured internal resistance against the stored OEM profile. A fresh Li-ion cell has a slightly different impedance signature than a used OEM pack, which can trigger the low-battery threshold before the first full cycle is complete. Running one complete charge-to-discharge-to-charge cycle allows the BMS to update its capacity reference. After that single cycle, the alarm behaviour resolves and the indicator reads accurately.

Monitor will not power on after battery sat in storage

Li-ion cells self-discharge during storage. If the cell voltage drops below approximately 9V — the C11's BMS recovery threshold — the monitor will not power on and may show no response at all. Connect the monitor to mains power first and leave it charging for at least 30 minutes before attempting to boot from battery alone. This allows the charge IC to pre-charge the cell back above the BMS enable threshold. Once the cell reaches roughly 10.5V, normal startup resumes.
