This happens when the BMS has not yet completed its learn cycle on a new cell. The charge indicator may show 100%, but the BMS is still estimating capacity against default OEM parameters calibrated to the original aged cell. The state-of-charge calculation drifts low, which trips the alarm threshold. Run one full charge-to-discharge-to-charge cycle on the C70 to let the BMS recalibrate — after that cycle, the reported charge level will track the actual cell voltage accurately.
