It fits both the C-One e-ID and XGK-C-ONE-E-ID variants and cross-references OEM part numbers BP13-001080, E00913001, and PCT3200. At 11.1Wh it matches the original energy rating, so charging behaviour in the cradle stays consistent.

Cradle charging error after fitting a new pack
The C-One e-ID cradle reads pack state through spring-loaded dock contacts on the base of the unit. Oxidation or debris on those contacts raises resistance enough for the dock to report a charging fault even when the pack itself is fine. Wipe the gold contacts on the battery and the cradle pins with a dry cloth, then reseat the scanner firmly until it clicks. If the error clears, the pack is charging — confirm with the charge indicator LED turning solid.
Scanner losing wireless connection during rapid scan bursts
During a rapid scan burst the imager and the wireless radio draw simultaneously, creating a combined inrush spike that a degraded or partially charged cell cannot sustain without a voltage sag. When cell voltage dips briefly below the radio module's minimum operating threshold, the wireless stack drops and reconnects — appearing as a connection loss rather than a battery fault. This is most common in the first hour of a shift if the battery was not fully charged before use. Start each shift from a full charge and the combined draw stays within the cell's delivery curve.
