Device not recognising the pack after installation

If the pack arrives below the device's minimum acceptance threshold, the host will reject it before any charge current flows. Connect the pack to a compatible charger first and bring it to at least 3.8V, then reinstall. If the device still rejects it, power-cycle the host unit with the pack seated to trigger a fresh handshake.
