$55.31In stock

Why this battery

  • Replaces CWP Part No. 41-800-200 for Powersmart Controller and cradle units.
  • 14.4V at 2200mAh delivers full controller output to smart home automation hubs and devices.
  • Connector seats flush into cradle slot with positive terminal forward; locking tab engages on left side.
  • We bench-tested this cell in the Powersmart cradle — BMS accepted charge without fault codes; voltage held steady under load.
  • After installation, wait 60 seconds before expecting the device to rejoin your mesh network — controllers perform an automatic re-sync sequence after power interruption.

About this replacement

CWP Powersmart Controller and Cradle — 14.4V Li-ion Replacement Battery (41-800-200)

This 14.4V 2200mAh Li-ion battery replaces the OEM part 41-800-200 in the CWP Powersmart Controller and cradle. The Powersmart Controller manages connected devices across a smart home automation system, and a degraded battery can take the whole control layer offline. This replacement restores full voltage to the controller so the system runs as expected.

  • Powersmart Controller and cradle fit: This battery matches the 14.4V rail and physical footprint of the OEM cell. The controller's onboard BMS reads cell chemistry and voltage signature on startup — this cell passes that handshake without triggering a fault state.
  • Bench tested on actual hardware: We cycled this cell through charge and discharge on the Powersmart Controller platform. The BMS accepted the cell without error flags, and the controller completed its boot sequence and network registration normally.
  • Post-swap reconnection tip: After fitting this battery, wait at least 60 seconds before expecting the controller to show active in your app. The Powersmart Controller runs a mesh network re-join sequence after any power interruption — cutting that window short can cause the hub to report the device as offline when it is still initialising.

Battery draining faster after a swap than the original cell did

A new cell draining faster than expected usually points to the network environment, not the battery. The Powersmart Controller draws more power when it is polling connected devices frequently or when the hub signal is weak and the controller is retrying transmissions. Check your hub's polling interval setting in the app — a shorter interval means the controller wakes more often. Moving the hub closer or reducing the polling frequency will lower the draw on the battery.

Low battery alert immediately after fitting a new cell

This happens when the replacement cell's resting voltage is below the controller's alert threshold after sitting in storage. The Powersmart Controller reads voltage on first boot and triggers the alert if it sees anything below its low-battery cutoff, even in a brand-new cell. Place the controller in its cradle and allow a full charge cycle to complete before dismissing the alert. Once the cell reaches 14.4V, the alert should clear automatically.
