Deerma T50 — 29.6V Li-ion Replacement Battery (8INR19/65)
This 29.6V 2500mAh Li-ion battery pack replaces the original 8INR19/65 cell in the Deerma T50 cordless stick vacuum. It restores power to the motor and cleaning functions when the original pack has degraded or failed. Voltage and capacity match the T50's power circuit exactly.
- T50 motor rail compatibility: The T50 runs an 8-cell series configuration at 29.6V nominal. This pack matches that cell count and voltage rail, so the motor controller sees the same input it expects from the factory unit. Connector and BMS communication stay within spec.
- Bench tested on actual hardware: We ran this pack through charge cycles and load tests on the T50 platform. The BMS held cutoff thresholds correctly under both normal suction load and a simulated filter-restricted draw spike. No false trips on startup.
- Dock charging habit for the T50: Do not leave the T50 sitting on its charging dock permanently. Continuous trickle charge degrades cell capacity faster on this pack than on higher-capacity units. Charge to full, then remove from the dock until the next use.
Suction dropping before the battery indicator reaches low
The T50's motor controller pulls harder when the filter is partially blocked — airflow restriction forces the motor to compensate, drawing more current than rated. The BMS reads that elevated draw as a low-battery condition and begins stepping down power before the indicator catches up. The result is noticeable suction loss while the battery still shows charge. Clean the filter and check the cyclone separator before assuming the battery is at fault.
Motor cuts out mid-run then recovers after a few seconds
This is a BMS overcurrent trip, not a dead battery. Sustained restricted airflow — usually a blocked filter or a lodged obstruction — spikes current draw above the BMS threshold, and the pack shuts output to protect the cells. After a few seconds the BMS resets and power returns. If it keeps happening, the fix is the filter, not the battery. Clear the filter, check the intake path for blockage, and confirm no debris is partially blocking the brush roll before the next run.
