- Inspiron 11 3195 2-in-1 fit: This model uses a flat Li-Polymer pack with a specific 5.80mm profile to clear the hinge hardware in both laptop and tablet orientations. Dell's BIOS stores battery health data from the previous cell in non-volatile memory. This happens when the fuel gauge IC has not yet calibrated to the new cell's discharge curve. The meter shows 20–30% remaining, but the cell voltage has already dropped below the BMS cutoff threshold — typically around 6.0V under combined CPU and display load. The gauge is reporting a percentage mapped to the old cell's curve, not the new one. Complete two full discharge-to-hibernate and full recharge cycles to let the IC re-map the curve accurately.
