This 33.3V 2500mAh Li-ion battery pack replaces part number 5519210671 in the DeLonghi Colombina XLR32 cordless stick vacuum. It fits the XLR32, XLR32LMD.W, XLR32LMD.BK, and XLR32LED.BK variants. The pack slots into the same housing and connects to the same BMS communication line as the original.
- XLR32 model family fit: All four Colombina XLR32 variants share the same 33.3V battery rail, physical connector, and BMS handshake protocol. A single pack covers the full range — no variant uses a different cell configuration or pin layout.

- Dock charging on the Colombina XLR32: Do not leave the vacuum sitting on the dock permanently. The Colombina's dock trickle-charges continuously, which accelerates capacity fade on Li-ion cells faster than periodic charge cycles. Charge to full, then remove from the dock.
Suction dropping before the battery indicator reaches low
Li-ion cells under sustained motor load sag in voltage before the pack is genuinely depleted. On the Colombina XLR32, a partially blocked filter forces the motor to draw above its rated current, which accelerates that sag. The BMS reads the voltage drop as low charge and throttles motor output to protect the cells. Clean the filter and check for blockages in the nozzle and brush roll before assuming the battery is at fault.
Motor cutting out mid-clean then recovering after a pause
This pattern is a BMS overcurrent trip, not a dead battery. When the vacuum's air path is restricted — clogged filter, blocked nozzle, or tangled brush roll — the motor draws more current than the BMS allows. The BMS cuts the circuit to protect the cells, then resets after a short cooldown. Clear any restriction and check that the filter is clean before restarting; the motor current draw should return below the BMS trip threshold once airflow is restored.
