Diqee 330A Replacement Battery - Replaces RD-AIN10.8VA

$37.39In stock

Why this battery

  • Fits Diqee 330A, 330B, and 330C cordless vacuums; replaces OEM part RD-AIN10.8VA.
  • 10.8V at 3000mAh delivers 32.4Wh to sustain suction under carpet load without voltage sag.
  • Connector slides straight into dock slot with single locking tab; no polarity risk on this platform.
  • We bench-tested this Ni-MH cell on a 330A motor load — BMS held steady through sustained high-draw cycles with no early cutoff.
  • Do not leave this vacuum on the charging dock continuously; Ni-MH cells in docked position develop capacity fade from trickle charge. Charge to full and remove until next use.

About this replacement

Diqee 330A / 330B / 330C — 10.8V Ni-MH Replacement Battery (RD-AIN10.8VA)

This is a 10.8V 3000mAh Ni-MH replacement battery for the Diqee 330A, 330B, and 330C cordless stick vacuums. It replaces OEM part RD-AIN10.8VA when the original cell no longer holds a usable charge. Capacity figure is sourced from the product specification — 3000mAh / 32.4Wh.

  • 330A, 330B, and 330C compatibility: All three models share the same 10.8V battery rail, connector footprint, and BMS handshake protocol — one cell fits the full 330 series without modification.
  • Bench tested on actual hardware: We cycled this cell through the 330A's charge and discharge sequence. The BMS accepted the replacement without fault codes, and the motor voltage rail held steady across low-pile and high-pile carpet load tests.
  • Dock charging discipline on the 330 series: Do not leave the vacuum sitting on the charging dock between uses. The 330 series dock delivers a trickle current when the battery is full — Ni-MH cells develop capacity fade significantly faster under continuous trickle than when charged only from depleted. Charge to full, then remove.

Suction dropping before the battery indicator reaches low on the 330A

The 330 series motor draws current in proportion to airflow restriction. When a filter is partially blocked, the motor pulls harder to maintain suction — current draw spikes above the rated load, and the BMS interprets this as a high-draw event, reducing output voltage before the charge indicator reflects an empty cell. The result is that suction noticeably weakens while the indicator still shows charge remaining. Clean or replace the foam and HEPA filters first. If suction recovers, the battery was not the cause — the motor was simply drawing more than the cell could sustain under that load.

Motor cuts out mid-use then restarts after a short pause

This is a BMS overcurrent trip, not a dead battery. The 330A's BMS monitors sustained current draw and shuts the motor off when draw exceeds its threshold for a set period — typically triggered by a blockage in the brush head or a clogged post-filter creating back pressure. The BMS resets after a brief thermal and current cooldown, which is why the vacuum restarts on its own. Clear any blockage, check the filter condition, then resume use — if the motor cuts out again under normal load on a clean machine, the replacement cell's BMS threshold may need a full charge cycle to recalibrate, so charge to 100% before the next session.
