Dreame H20 ULTRA Replacement Battery - Replaces W2422-0A

$49.75In stock

Why this battery

  • Fits Dreame H20 ULTRA and H20 Ultra Station cordless vacuums; replaces OEM part W2422-0A, W2422-6S1P-C, or W2422-0D.
  • 21.6V 4000mAh Li-ion pack delivers full motor torque on carpet and hard floors without voltage sag until final discharge cycle completes.
  • Slides into the battery slot with a single locking tab; connector seats flush and requires firm seating pressure to engage the charger pins.
  • We bench tested the BMS under sustained motor draw on restricted suction — the cell held voltage stable and triggered no early shutoff during blockage simulation.
  • Do not leave this battery on the charging dock continuously; cordless vacuums develop capacity fade under permanent trickle charge, so disconnect once fully charged.

About this replacement

Dreame H20 ULTRA / H20 Ultra Station — 21.6V Li-ion Replacement Battery (W2422-0A)

This 21.6V, 4000mAh (86.4Wh) lithium-ion battery replaces the OEM pack in the Dreame H20 ULTRA and H20 Ultra Station wet and dry cordless vacuum. It fits both variants without modification. Voltage and cell count match the original W2422-0A specification exactly.

  • H20 ULTRA and Ultra Station compatibility: Both models share the same 21.6V power rail, connector pinout, and BMS communication protocol — which is why one battery pack covers both. The cell configuration is 6S1P, matching OEM part W2422-6S1P-C. No firmware unlocking or adapter is needed.
  • Bench tested on actual hardware: We cycled this pack through repeated wet and dry suction loads, including sustained high-power mode. The BMS held within expected voltage thresholds throughout, and protection circuits responded correctly to simulated overcurrent events without nuisance tripping.
  • Dock charging habit on this vacuum: Do not leave the H20 ULTRA sitting on the charging dock between uses. Continuous dock charge keeps the cells at full voltage indefinitely — this accelerates capacity fade faster than normal cycle wear. Charge to full, remove from the dock, and store the vacuum off the charger.

Suction dropping before the battery indicator reaches low

The H20 ULTRA's motor draws significantly more current when airflow is restricted — a partially blocked filter forces the motor to work harder, pulling amps beyond the BMS's sustained current rating. The BMS responds by stepping down output voltage to protect the cells, and suction weakens even though the indicator still shows charge remaining. This is not a battery fault. Clean or replace the filter first, then retest under the same floor conditions. If suction restores fully after filter cleaning, the pack is not at fault.

Motor cuts out mid-clean and then recovers after a short pause

This is a BMS overcurrent trip, not a cell failure. When the vacuum picks up debris that partially blocks the brush roll or suction path, instantaneous current spikes above the pack's peak threshold and the BMS shuts output to protect the cells. After a brief cooldown — typically 15 to 30 seconds — the BMS resets and the motor runs again. Clear the blockage, power the vacuum off completely, then power back on to confirm the BMS has fully re-initialised before resuming use. If trips continue on a clear filter and unobstructed brush roll, check resting pack voltage — a healthy 21.6V pack should read between 24.3V and 25.2V fully charged.
