This is a 14.4V, 6700mAh Li-ion battery pack for the Dreame RLS95HE, S30 Pro Ultra, S40, and X30s Pro Ultra cordless stick vacuums. It replaces OEM part P2024-4S2P-ZLZH and fits the original battery compartment without modification. Swap it in when the original cell no longer holds a charge or suction noticeably drops off early in a cleaning session.

The BMS handshake completed without fault codes, and the motor controller accepted the cell across both standard and high-power suction modes. Suction dropping before the battery indicator reaches low on the RLS95HE
On the RLS95HE, suction can fall noticeably before the battery LED signals low charge. This usually isn't a dead battery — it's voltage sag. When the filter is partially blocked, the motor draws more current than its rated load to compensate, pulling cell voltage down faster than capacity actually depletes. The BMS reads this sag and reduces motor power to protect the pack, which the user experiences as lost suction. Clean the filter first, then recharge to 14.4V and retest before concluding the battery is at fault.
Motor cuts out mid-clean and then recovers after a few seconds
This is a BMS overcurrent trip, not a failed battery. When sustained suction restriction — from a blocked filter, clogged brush roll, or a hard-carpet run — pushes motor draw above the pack's continuous discharge limit, the BMS cuts output to protect the cells. After a few seconds the BMS resets and power returns. If this happens repeatedly, clear the filter and brush roll before the next run. A healthy replacement pack still trips under the same conditions if the restriction isn't cleared — fixing airflow is the actual fix.
