The Navaggio Profi's motor draws significantly more current when the filter is partially blocked or the suction path is restricted. This is a BMS overcurrent trip, not a dead battery. When the vacuum's suction path is restricted — typically a clogged filter or blocked nozzle — the motor spins harder and pulls current beyond the BMS trip threshold. The BMS cuts power to protect the cells, then resets after a brief cooldown. Clear the filter and nozzle, then restart the vacuum; if the cutout stops, the pack is functioning correctly and the fault was airflow restriction, not the battery.
