This is a 7.4V, 2600mAh (19.24Wh) Li-ion replacement battery for the Flexineb E Series portable nebuliser. It fits the E series directly and restores the device's ability to deliver aerosolised respiratory medication without a mains connection. Install it when the original cell can no longer hold a charge through a full treatment session.
- E Series platform fit: The E Series shares a single battery platform across its variants — same connector pinout, same 7.4V nominal rail, and the same BMS handshake protocol. This replacement cell matches those electrical requirements so the device recognises it at power-on without a fault state.

Flexineb E Series not completing boot sequence on new battery
When a new cell is installed, the Flexineb's BMS compares the incoming charge state against a startup threshold calibrated for the OEM cell's chemistry profile. A replacement cell fresh from packaging may sit just below that threshold even if the cell itself is not depleted. This can cause the boot sequence to stall or loop. Charge the replacement fully before first use — a complete charge cycle brings the cell above the BMS acceptance floor and allows the self-test to pass cleanly. Target a full charge indicator before attempting clinical use.
Charge indicator stalls below 100% on first charge
On the first charge cycle, the Flexineb's charge IC applies a conservative current limit to an unrecognised cell — it does not yet have a baseline for this cell's internal resistance curve. This causes the charge indicator to plateau below full and sometimes stop advancing entirely. This is not a fault in the battery or the device. Complete one full charge-discharge-charge cycle and the charge IC recalibrates its current delivery, after which the indicator will reach the full charge state correctly.
