R910 won't power on after sitting unused for weeks
Li-ion cells self-discharge slowly in storage. If the R910 sat unused for a month or more, the battery may have dropped below 3.0V per cell — the threshold many BMS circuits refuse to boot from. Plug into the original charger and leave it connected for at least 30 minutes before pressing the power button. If the charge indicator light never appears, the cell has reached 2.5V or lower and the BMS may need a trickle-recovery cycle before normal charging resumes.
