The device compares current charge acceptance against that stored baseline and raises a fault if the figures don't align. Running one complete charge-discharge cycle resets the learned threshold and clears the fault on subsequent boots.
ECG unit powers on but shuts off unexpectedly during patient recording
During the first ten cycles, a new Ni-MH cell delivers slightly lower sustained voltage under the ECG's active recording load.
