Why the Logiq E10 flags a battery fault on a new cell
The Logiq E10's BMS compares cell voltage and internal resistance against a stored OEM baseline at every startup. A fresh replacement cell has a slightly different impedance profile than a conditioned OEM pack. The system logs this as a battery fault even when the cell is fully charged and electrically sound. One complete charge-discharge cycle recalibrates the BMS learn register and clears the fault on next boot.
Charge indicator stuck below 100% after first charge
On first charge, the Logiq charge IC applies a conservative current limit to an unrecognised cell — it does not push to full termination voltage until the BMS confirms cell history. This shows as the indicator stalling at 90–95% and the system reporting less than full capacity. Run one full discharge until the device shuts down under load, then charge uninterrupted to completion. After that cycle, the charge IC terminates at the correct 16.8V ceiling and the indicator reads 100%.
