During this phase, the on-screen indicator may stall well short of 100% for an extended period — this is not a faulty battery. Allow the charge cycle to complete fully without unplugging. Once the cell reaches 4.2V per cell and the charge IC terminates, the indicator will update. If the indicator still does not reach 100% after a second full cycle, check the dock contacts for oxidation.
