- CTC-1132, CTC-1142, and CTC-2716 compatibility: These three panels share the same 7.2V power rail, connector pinout, and charge management circuit. The same cell works across all three without modification or adapter.

Check that all clips or screws on the battery access point are fully engaged — a partially seated cover holds the switch open and the fault stays active. Close the cover firmly, then confirm the tamper fault clears on the panel display.
