Haier D100S — 14.4V Li-ion Replacement Battery (S11-Li-144-2800)
This is a 14.4V 2600mAh Li-ion replacement battery for the Haier D100S cordless stick vacuum. It slots into the same battery compartment as the original and runs the vacuum's motor at the correct voltage. Use it when the original cell no longer holds enough charge to complete a cleaning session.
- D100S platform fit: The D100S runs a 14.4V motor rail with a specific connector and BMS handshake tied to this part number. This cell matches that voltage rail and connector geometry, so the vacuum's control board recognises the pack and allows full motor output.
- Bench tested on actual hardware: We ran this pack through charge and discharge cycles on the D100S platform. The BMS held cut-off cleanly at low cell voltage, and the charger completed a full cycle without fault flags.
- Dock charging habit on the D100S: Do not leave the D100S sitting on its charging dock permanently. Continuous trickle charging accelerates capacity fade in Li-ion cells faster than normal cycle use does. Charge the pack fully, then remove it from the dock.
Suction dropping before the battery indicator reaches low
The D100S motor draws significantly more current when the filter is partially blocked or the suction path is restricted. That extra draw causes voltage sag at the cell terminals, and the motor slows before the battery indicator registers low. The battery is not the cause — the motor is pulling beyond its rated draw. Clean or replace the filter first, then retest suction under normal load.
Motor cutting out mid-session and recovering after a short pause
This is a BMS overcurrent trip. When the motor sustains a restricted airflow condition — blocked filter, clogged brush roll, or sealed suction path — current draw spikes past the BMS threshold and the pack shuts off to protect the cells. The BMS resets after the cell temperature drops, which is why power returns after a short pause. Clear the blockage completely, then restart. If the trip repeats on an unobstructed vacuum, check that cell voltage at full charge reads 16.8V before use.
