Treating the Laserbrand 82 like a phone — topping it off after every session — causes gauge drift over time. Laserbrand 82 not charging after use in a humid bathroom
Condensation from a steam-heavy bathroom can bridge the charging contacts on the Laserbrand 82 port. When that happens, the BMS interprets the short as a fault condition and locks out charging — the indicator behaves as if the battery is already full or dead. This is not a dead battery. Let the port dry completely at room temperature for at least two hours before reconnecting the charger. If charging resumes, check that the port reads a steady charge voltage around 4.2V at termination.
