Highscreen Power Five Replacement Battery

$23.79In stock

Why this battery

  • Fits Highscreen Power Five and Power Five Pro smartphones; replaces OEM battery CS-HAR120SL.
  • 3.8V, 5000mAh lithium-polymer cell restores full charge capacity on aged or failed original packs.
  • Connector mates flush to the phone's battery slot with standard positive and negative terminals.
  • We bench-tested the cell on a Power Five discharge load; the BMS held voltage stable through moderate drain cycles.
  • On first full charge after installation, disable fast charging for one complete cycle — the fuel gauge IC needs to recalibrate against the new cell's discharge curve before high-current charging resumes.

About this replacement

Highscreen Power Five / Power Five Pro — 3.8V Li-Polymer Replacement Battery

This is a 3.8V, 5000mAh lithium-polymer battery for the Highscreen Power Five and Power Five Pro smartphones. It replaces the original cell when capacity has dropped or the battery no longer holds a charge. Dimensions are 87.38 × 62.94 × 5.66mm — confirm fitment against your existing cell before installation.

  • Power Five and Power Five Pro compatibility: Both models share the same battery bay dimensions, connector pinout, and BMS handshake protocol — one cell fits both variants without modification.
  • Bench tested on actual hardware: We cycled this cell through full charge and discharge on the Power Five platform. The BMS accepted charge normally, protection circuits tripped correctly at low-voltage cutoff, and the fuel gauge IC tracked state-of-charge without error after a calibration cycle.
  • First-cycle fuel gauge calibration: On first use after installation, disable fast charging and run one complete discharge-to-charge cycle. The fuel gauge IC calibrates its coulomb counter against the new cell's discharge curve — skipping this step can cause the OS to report inaccurate percentages for the first several days of use.

Sudden shutdown at 20–30% on the Highscreen Power Five after a cell swap

After replacing the battery, the Power Five may shut down abruptly while the OS still shows 20–30% remaining. This happens because the fuel gauge IC is still using the old cell's discharge curve — it does not yet know where the new cell's voltage cliff sits. Under modem or display load, the cell voltage drops sharply at that threshold, and the protection circuit triggers a hard cutoff before the OS can react. One full discharge-to-charge cycle without fast charging lets the coulomb counter remap to the new cell and pushes the reported cutoff to the correct level.

USB fast charge not activating after battery replacement

Some Power Five units will not negotiate fast charging on the first cycle with a new cell — the charge IC defaults to standard 5V/1A until it has completed one baseline charge session with the new BMS. This is a handshake behaviour, not a fault with the battery or the charger. Charge the phone fully once using the standard charger, then reboot. Fast charging will re-engage on the next session once the charge IC has logged an initial full-cycle profile for the new cell.
