This is a 3.85V, 2650mAh (10.2Wh) Li-Polymer cell built to replace the original B2Q74100 battery in the HTC Desire 19S smartphone. It matches the OEM voltage, connector, and physical footprint at 78.70 × 62.70 × 3.66mm. Drop it in when the original cell can no longer hold enough charge to get through a normal day of calls, messaging, and app use.
- Desire 19S fit: The Desire 19S uses a fixed Li-Polymer pouch cell with a dedicated BMS handshake tied to the B2Q74100 part number. This replacement carries the same voltage rail and connector pinout so the phone's charge IC recognises it without any firmware workaround.

Sudden shutdown at 20–30% on the Desire 19S after a cell swap
A new Li-Polymer cell has a slightly different internal resistance profile than the aged cell the fuel gauge IC was trained on. Under modem or display load, voltage sags faster than the IC expects, and the phone hits its hardware cutoff before the reported percentage reaches zero. The system reads 25% remaining but the cell voltage has already dropped below the protection threshold. One full discharge-charge cycle lets the coulomb counter reset its end-of-discharge reference to match the new cell.
USB fast charge not activating on the first cycle after replacement
On the first charge after installation, the Desire 19S charge IC may stay in standard-current mode and not negotiate the higher charge rate. This happens because the BMS on the new cell starts with no cycle history, and some charge controllers default to a conservative current until they confirm cell health over at least one cycle. Let the phone complete one full charge at standard speed before expecting fast charge to engage. After that first cycle, fast charge should activate normally on subsequent sessions.
