The device shows no response because the BMS blocks output to protect the cell. Connect the hotspot to its original charger and leave it for 20–30 minutes before attempting to power on; most chargers include a low-voltage recovery trickle mode that brings the cell back above the 3.2V re-initialisation threshold.
