Why the 703-0731-00-RF alarms low battery immediately after a confirmed full charge

Li-ion cells self-discharge during storage. If the pack voltage drops below approximately 10V — a common BMS hard cutoff on 14.4V packs — the BMS enters a protection state and blocks output entirely. The device sees no voltage at the terminals and won't attempt to boot. Connect the battery to its charger and leave it for a full charge cycle before attempting to power the device. Once the pack climbs above the BMS recovery threshold (typically 12V on this chemistry), normal charging resumes and the device will power on.
