Konrow EASY K55 / Sweet 55 — 3.8V Li-Polymer Replacement Battery (AHB445573P)
This is a 3.8V, 2700mAh Li-Polymer battery for the Konrow EASY K55 and Sweet 55 smartphones. It replaces OEM part number AHB445573P. Fit this when the original cell has degraded and the phone no longer holds a useful charge through a normal day.
- EASY K55 and Sweet 55 shared platform: Both models run the same mainboard layout and draw from the same 3.8V cell footprint. The connector pinout and BMS handshake protocol are identical across both devices, so one cell covers both.
- Bench tested on actual hardware: We cycled this cell through charge and discharge on compatible hardware. The BMS accepted charge without flagging faults, held voltage through load transitions, and terminated correctly at full capacity.
- Fuel gauge recalibration after installation: On first use after fitting this cell, disable fast charging and run one complete discharge down to automatic shutdown, then charge to 100% uninterrupted. This gives the fuel gauge IC a full reference sweep of the new cell's discharge curve before high-current charging begins.
Sudden shutdown at 20–30% on the Konrow EASY K55
This happens when the fuel gauge IC is still calibrated to the old, degraded cell's voltage curve. The new cell's actual voltage under screen and modem load drops faster than the IC expects at that state of charge, triggering a low-voltage shutdown before the percentage reaches zero. It is not a fault with the replacement cell. Run one full discharge cycle — let the phone shut itself off naturally — then charge to 100% without interruption. After that cycle, the fuel gauge tracks the new cell correctly and the early cutoffs stop.
Phone feels warm near the battery during the first charge after fitting
A freshly installed Li-Polymer cell has higher internal impedance than a cell that has been through several cycles. The charge IC pushes current into that higher resistance, which generates more heat than you would see with a broken-in cell. This is normal on the first one or two charges and decreases as the cell's impedance drops through early cycling. If the phone stays warm beyond the second charge or the back becomes hot to the touch, check that the cell connector is seated flat and fully clicked — a partial connection raises contact resistance further.
