It replaces a battery that has lost capacity, refuses to charge, or no longer holds enough charge to complete a cleaning session.
- H11, V11, and H11H compatibility: All three models run the same 25.9V 7-series cell arrangement with a shared connector and BMS handshake protocol. A battery built to P10-7S1P spec works across the range without any modification.
- Bench tested on actual hardware: We ran this cell through charge and discharge cycles on the H11 platform. The BMS communicated correctly with the vacuum's motor controller — no false low-battery cutoffs, no charge rejection from the dock.

Suction dropping before the battery indicator shows low on the H11
The H11 motor draws significantly more current when airflow is restricted — a clogged filter or partial blockage forces the motor to work harder against reduced flow. Under that load, cell voltage sags earlier than the indicator circuit expects, so the motor weakens before the LED shows a low-battery warning. The battery is not failing — the motor is hitting a current ceiling caused by the restriction. Clear the filter and check the bin seal before concluding the battery is at fault.
Motor cuts out mid-clean then recovers after a short pause
This is a BMS overcurrent trip, not a dead battery. When the H11 sustains a blocked airflow path — packed filter, stuck debris at the brush roll — current draw spikes past the BMS protection threshold and the battery shuts off the output. After 30–60 seconds the BMS resets and power returns. The fix is not the battery. Clean or replace the HEPA filter, clear the brush roll, and confirm there are no obstructions in the wand. If the trip stops happening after clearing the restriction, the battery is functioning correctly.
