This 14.8V, 5600mAh Li-ion battery replaces OEM part numbers 115-025022-00 and LI24I002A in Mindray patient monitors. It fits the Consona N9, M8, M9, and ME7 platforms, along with four additional compatible models in the same series. These monitors are used for continuous vital signs observation in clinical environments where power continuity matters.

Charge indicator stalling below 100% on the first charge cycle
Mindray monitors use a conservative charge IC profile that applies a reduced current ceiling on cells it hasn't profiled yet. A fresh replacement cell will often stall at 85–95% on the first charge while the IC gathers impedance data. This is not a fault — it resolves automatically after one complete charge-discharge cycle. Run the battery down to the low-battery alert threshold, then charge uninterrupted to completion before returning it to clinical rotation.
Device will not power on after battery sat in storage
Li-ion cells self-discharge over storage time. If the cell voltage drops below the BMS recovery threshold — typically around 2.5V per cell, or approximately 10V pack voltage — the monitor's protection circuit blocks startup entirely. The device will show no response, not even a charge indicator flash. Connect the charger and leave it undisturbed for 20–30 minutes to allow the charge IC to trickle-charge the pack above the recovery floor before the BMS will permit normal operation.
