This 7.4V 2600mAh Li-ion battery replaces the OEM cell in the Mindray T1 and Beneview T1 portable patient monitors. It fits the compact transport monitors used for continuous vital signs monitoring — heart rate, SpO2, NIBP, and temperature. Cross-references include LI12I002A, 2ICR19/65, and 115-018016-00.
- T1 and Beneview T1 platform fit: Both monitors share the same battery bay geometry, connector pinout, and BMS communication protocol. The T1's power management circuit queries the battery over the SMBus interface at boot — the cell must respond with correct chemistry flags or the device will flag a battery fault.

Why the T1 alarms low battery immediately after a confirmed full charge
The T1's BMS stores a chemistry calibration profile from the previous cell. A new cell with no discharge history has no accumulated cycle data, so the BMS applies a conservative capacity estimate at first boot. This causes the monitor to read state-of-charge lower than actual voltage supports. One full charge-discharge cycle lets the BMS recalibrate against the new cell's actual capacity curve, and the alarm clears on its own.
T1 not completing boot sequence after battery sat in storage
Li-ion cells self-discharge at roughly 2–3% per month. A cell stored for several months can drop below 3.0V per cell — the T1's BMS recovery threshold. Below this level, the BMS locks out discharge to protect the cell, and the monitor appears completely dead. Connect the T1 to mains power first and leave it for 20–30 minutes before attempting a boot — the charge IC applies a trickle pre-charge to bring the cell back above 3.0V per cell, after which normal charging and boot sequence resume.
