The T1 runs a startup BMS learn cycle on every new cell. Connect the T1 to mains power and allow the charge controller to bring the pack above 7.2V before attempting a standalone boot.
Charge indicator stalling below 100% on the first cycle
On first installation, the T1's charge IC applies a conservative trickle-charge ceiling on an unrecognised cell to protect against chemistry mismatch. The indicator may hold at 85–95% for an extended period before stepping up.
