About this replacement
Moneual P11 — 14.4V Li-ion Replacement Battery (INR18650-4S1P)
This is a 14.4V, 3500mAh Li-ion replacement battery for the Moneual P11 robotic vacuum cleaner. It uses an INR18650 4S1P cell configuration and slots directly into the P11's battery bay. Capacity figure is taken from product data — 50.4Wh total stored energy.
- P11 platform fit: The P11 runs its suction motor and navigation electronics off a single 14.4V pack. The INR18650-4S1P pack matches the voltage rail and BMS communication protocol the P11's charge management circuit expects. A voltage or handshake mismatch would prevent charging from initiating at all.
- Bench tested on actual hardware: We cycled this pack through full charge and discharge on a P11 chassis. The BMS held stable across the suction motor's start-up current draw, and the charge circuit accepted the pack without fault codes.
- Dock charging habit for the P11: Do not leave the P11 sitting on the dock indefinitely after a full charge. Continuous trickle charge from the dock degrades cell capacity faster than normal cycling. Charge to full, then remove the vacuum from the dock until the next use.
Suction dropping before the battery indicator reaches low on the P11
The P11's suction motor draws significantly more current when the filter is partially blocked or the brush roll is restricted. That higher draw causes voltage to sag across the pack before the battery gauge registers a low state. The BMS reads the sag as a low-voltage condition and throttles power to the motor. Clean the filter and check the brush roll for hair wrap first — if suction recovers immediately, the cell pack is fine and the restriction was the cause.
P11 motor cutting out mid-cycle and then recovering after a short pause
This is an overcurrent trip, not a dead battery. When the suction path is restricted — blocked filter, tangled brush, or tight carpet pile — the motor pulls above the BMS's sustained current threshold. The BMS disconnects the output to protect the cells, then resets after a cool-down period. Clear the restriction and the P11 will run a full cycle without interruption. If the fault recurs on a clean filter, check that the replacement pack's BMS current rating matches the P11's motor spec.
