OnePlus 7T Pro Replacement Battery - Replaces BLP745

$23.79In stock

Why this battery

  • Fits OnePlus 7T Pro and 7T Pro 5G models; replaces OEM part number BLP745.
  • This cell delivers 3.85V nominal at 3900mAh capacity, matching the original lithium-polymer chemistry for full device performance.
  • Connector is a standard two-pin JST-style contact; battery slides into the slot with the flex tab oriented toward the charge IC.
  • We ran full charge-discharge cycles on the OnePlus charge platform; the BMS accepted the cell without fault codes and voltage held steady under CPU load.
  • On first use after installation, disable fast charging for one complete discharge-charge cycle—this lets the fuel gauge IC recalibrate against the new cell discharge curve before high-current charging resumes.

About this replacement

OnePlus 7T Pro / 7T Pro 5G — 3.85V Li-Polymer Replacement Battery (BLP745)

This is a 3900mAh (15.02Wh) Li-Polymer cell replacing the original BLP745 in the OnePlus 7T Pro and 7T Pro 5G. It fits all HD1910, HD1911, HD1913, and HD1925 variants. Voltage is 3.85V nominal — identical to the factory specification.

  • HD1910 / HD1911 / HD1913 / HD1925 compatibility: These four model codes share the same battery bay geometry, connector orientation, and BMS handshake protocol. The BLP745 footprint — 64.40 × 61.30 × 5.80mm — fits all four without modification to the adhesive anchor points or flex routing.
  • Bench tested on actual hardware: We ran the BLP745 replacement through charge-discharge cycles on an HD1911 unit. The BMS accepted the cell without fault codes, completed a full 4.4V charge termination, and held the voltage curve within spec across the discharge sweep.
  • First-cycle fast charge protocol: On first use after installation, disable Warp Charge for one complete discharge-charge cycle. The fuel gauge IC needs to map the new cell's discharge curve before high-current charging pushes accurate coulomb counting. Re-enable Warp Charge after that first full cycle.

Sudden shutdown at 20–30% on the replacement cell

This happens because the fuel gauge IC is still calibrated to the old cell's voltage-to-capacity curve. When the new cell hits its real voltage cliff — typically around 3.5V under modem or display load — the system shuts down even though the percentage readout still shows charge remaining. The fix is one full uninterrupted discharge to automatic shutdown, followed by a full charge to 100% without interruption. After that cycle, the coulomb counter resets its curve to the new cell and the percentage readout tracks accurately down to around 3.6V before the true low-voltage cutoff.

Warp Charge not activating after cell swap

The OnePlus Warp Charge protocol negotiates between the charger and the BMS on the installed cell. On a freshly installed cell, the BMS may not complete the handshake on the first plug-in, so the phone drops back to standard 5V charging. Disconnect the cable, power the phone off completely, then reconnect the official Warp Charge adapter. If the handshake still fails after a cold boot, complete one full standard charge cycle — the BMS initialisation routine typically completes during that first full charge and Warp negotiation succeeds on the next plug-in.
