This is a 3.7V Li-ion replacement battery rated at 1500mAh (5.55Wh) for the Philips Xenium E350 flip phone. It replaces OEM part AB1600EWML and fits directly into the E350's battery compartment. Install it when the original cell no longer holds a useful charge between uses.

Sudden shutdown at 20–30% on the Xenium E350
The E350's modem radio draws a sharp current spike during active calls. If the replacement cell has higher internal impedance than the original, voltage sags below the BMS cutoff threshold under that load — even when the fuel gauge still shows charge remaining. This is a voltage-cliff failure, not a capacity failure. The fix is to complete two or three full discharge cycles so the BMS can map the cell's actual voltage curve. After conditioning, shutdowns under load at 20–30% should stop.
Phone reports wrong battery percentage after cell swap
The E350's fuel gauge IC stores a learned discharge curve from the original cell. A new cell with a different impedance profile will cause the IC to misread state-of-charge — typically reporting 100% too quickly or dropping percentage in large jumps. This is not a fault with the replacement cell. Run one full uninterrupted discharge until the phone shuts down, then charge to 100% without interruption. After that single cycle, the coulomb counter recalibrates and percentage reporting stabilises.
