This 11.1V 3400mAh Li-ion battery replaces the original NCR1650-3S1P pack in the Plus Minus Zero XJC-Y010 and XJB-B021 cordless vacuum cleaners. It fits directly into both models and restores full motor voltage to the cleaning head. Capacity matches the factory spec at 3400mAh (37.74Wh).

The BMS does not fully interrupt charge current when the pack reaches capacity — continuous trickle input accelerates cell degradation faster than normal cycle wear. Charge to full, then remove from the dock.
Suction dropping before the battery indicator reaches low
The XJC-Y010 motor draws higher current when the filter is partially blocked — the fan has to work harder to pull the same airflow. This elevated draw causes voltage to sag across the cells before the indicator registers a low charge state. The vacuum feels like it's losing power early, but the battery isn't the only factor. Clean or replace the filter first, then test under normal load — if suction holds steady, the pack was compensating for a restriction, not failing on its own.
Motor cuts out mid-use then recovers after a short pause
This is a BMS overcurrent trip, not a motor fault. When sustained suction is restricted — blocked filter, clogged nozzle, or dense carpet — current draw spikes past the BMS threshold and the pack disconnects to protect the cells. The battery recovers once temperature and load drop, which is why the vacuum restarts after a pause. Clear the blockage, check the filter is seated correctly, and confirm the pack rests at 12.4V or above before the next use — a low starting voltage tightens the margin before the BMS trips again.
