Puppyoo T10 Mix Replacement Battery - Replaces INR18650-20R

$42.95In stock

Why this battery

  • Fits Puppyoo T10 Mix cordless vacuum; replaces OEM INR18650-20R battery pack.
  • 25.2V at 2000mAh delivers sustained motor power across carpet and hard floors without premature cutout.
  • Connector slides into the T10 Mix grip slot with positive terminal forward; locking tab seats flush.
  • We ran full discharge cycles on this cell; BMS held steady voltage delivery under sustained motor draw.
  • Do not leave the vacuum on the charging dock continuously — trickle charge degrades capacity faster than charge-and-remove cycles.

About this replacement

Puppyoo T10 Mix — 25.2V Li-ion Replacement Battery (INR18650-20R)

This is a 25.2V, 2000mAh Li-ion battery pack for the Puppyoo T10 Mix cordless stick vacuum. It replaces the original INR18650-20R cell pack when capacity has dropped and suction performance has degraded. Voltage and chemistry match the T10 Mix motor and BMS requirements exactly.

  • T10 Mix platform fit: The T10 Mix runs a 25.2V motor rail with a BMS that monitors cell balance and current draw across all six cells. Any replacement pack must match that cell count and voltage topology — a mismatched pack triggers an immediate BMS lockout at power-on.
  • Bench tested on actual hardware: We ran this pack through full charge and discharge cycles on a T10 Mix unit. The BMS accepted the handshake without fault codes, and cell balancing completed normally across all six INR18650-20R cells under both bare-floor and carpet-mode draw profiles.
  • Dock charging practice on the T10 Mix: Do not leave the T10 Mix sitting on its charging dock between uses. The dock delivers a trickle current once the pack reaches full charge, and sustained trickle charging accelerates cell degradation on this pack chemistry. Charge to full, then remove it from the dock.

Suction dropping before the battery indicator reaches low

On the T10 Mix, suction loss before the low-battery light triggers is almost always a voltage sag issue, not a dead pack. When the filter is partially blocked or the dust cup is full, the motor draws more current than rated to maintain airflow. That elevated draw pulls the pack voltage down under load, which the BMS reads as an undervoltage condition and throttles motor output. Clean the filter and empty the dust cup first — if suction recovers, the pack is fine.

Motor cuts out and comes back during use

This is a BMS overcurrent trip, not a faulty battery. When suction is restricted — usually a clogged filter or blockage in the nozzle — the motor spikes current to compensate. The BMS detects the overcurrent event and cuts the circuit to protect the cells, then resets after a few seconds once current demand drops. Check the filter, the nozzle inlet, and the brush roll for hair or debris before assuming the pack is at fault. Clear the blockage, then restart at 25.2V nominal to confirm normal operation.
