RoboJet Force Replacement Battery - Replaces INR18650-4S1P

$30.59In stock

Why this battery

  • Fits RoboJet X-level and Force robotic vacuums; replaces OEM part INR18650-4S1P battery packs.
  • 14.4V 5200mAh lithium-ion pack delivers 74.88Wh to sustain motor torque on carpet and bare floors.
  • Connector seats into the dock contact rails with a forward-insert orientation; locking tab engages top-rear slot.
  • We bench-tested this cell on the RoboJet charging platform; BMS accepted full charge sequence without fault codes or voltage regulation cycling.
  • Do not leave this vacuum on the dock continuously after charging — trickle current degrades capacity faster than normal cycling; charge fully and remove.

About this replacement

RoboJet X-level / Force — 14.4V Li-ion Replacement Battery (INR18650-4S1P)

This is a 14.4V, 5200mAh Li-ion replacement battery pack for the RoboJet X-level and Force robotic vacuum cleaners. It replaces the original INR18650-4S1P pack that powers the motor, brushroll, and navigation systems. Capacity figure is taken from the product data — 74.88Wh total energy.

  • X-level and Force compatibility: Both models run the same 14.4V motor rail and use the identical INR18650-4S1P 4S1P cell configuration. The connector pinout and BMS communication protocol match across both platforms, so one pack covers either unit without modification.
  • Bench tested on actual hardware: We ran this pack through full charge and discharge cycles on a RoboJet X-level unit. The BMS engaged correctly at low-voltage cutoff and the motor controller received a clean handshake on startup — no fault codes triggered during our cycle testing.
  • Dock charging habit on robotic vacuums: Do not leave the RoboJet sitting on its charging dock permanently. Robotic vacuums parked continuously on dock develop capacity fade faster than units charged only when depleted. Charge to full, then lift it off the dock.

Cordless vacuum losing suction before the battery indicator reaches low

This happens when the motor draws more current than rated — usually from a partially blocked filter or restricted airflow path. Under sustained high draw, the BMS reads cell voltage sag as a low-battery condition and throttles output before the indicator catches up. The vacuum feels weak even though the display shows charge remaining. Clean the filter and check the brushroll for obstructions before assuming the battery is at fault.

Motor cuts out mid-clean then recovers after a few seconds

This is a BMS overcurrent trip, not a dead battery. When suction is restricted — clogged filter, tangled brushroll, or carpet fibres blocking the intake — the motor current spikes beyond the pack's rated threshold. The BMS cuts power to protect the cells, then resets once current drops. Fix the restriction first. If the cutout persists on a clear filter, measure resting voltage at the pack terminals — a healthy 14.4V pack should read between 16.4V and 16.8V fully charged.
